Cancellation Policy

At CineElite ADS, we value your time and commitment. This policy explains how cancellations are handled for our video production and advertisement services.
1. Project Cancellation by Client
Clients may request a cancellation before the project begins without any charges.
If cancellation occurs after work has started, the client will be charged for the portion of work already completed.
Advance payments are non-refundable once the project has started.
2. Project Cancellation by CineElite ADS
In rare cases where CineElite ADS must cancel a project (e.g., unforeseen technical issues, legal restrictions), clients will receive a full refund of any advance payments made.
CineElite ADS will not be liable for any additional costs or damages beyond the refund amount.
3. Rescheduling Instead of Cancellation
Clients may request rescheduling instead of cancellation. Rescheduling is subject to availability and must be confirmed in writing.
4. Refund Timeline
Eligible refunds (if any) will be processed within 7–10 business days through the original payment method.
