Project timelines, pricing, and deliverables will be mutually agreed upon before starting any work.
2. Payments
Payment terms will be specified in your quotation or invoice.
All payments must be made through the approved payment methods only.
Once a project has started, payments are non-refundable unless otherwise agreed in writing.
3. Client Responsibilities
Clients must provide accurate project requirements, brand guidelines, and necessary content (logos, product details, etc.).
Delays in providing information may affect delivery timelines.
4. Intellectual Property
All raw footage, editing files, and final deliverables remain the property of CineElite ADS until full payment is received.
Upon full payment, ownership of the final deliverables will be transferred to the client.
CineElite ADS may use completed projects for portfolio and marketing purposes unless otherwise agreed.
5. Limitation of Liability
CineElite ADS is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.
While we ensure high-quality content, results such as audience engagement, sales, or brand growth may vary and are not guaranteed.
6. Third-Party Services
If we use third-party services (e.g., background music, stock footage, or licensed tools), clients are responsible for ensuring they have the right to use such materials unless purchased through CineElite ADS.
7. Termination
Either party may terminate a project with written notice.
Payments for work already completed will remain payable.
8. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Bangalore, Karnataka.
