At CineElite ADS, we strive to deliver high-quality video ads and creative content that meet your expectations. This Refund Policy explains the circumstances under which refunds may be issued.
1. Eligibility for Refunds
Refunds are only considered if services have not yet been started or if CineElite ADS is unable to deliver the agreed-upon project.
Once any part of the project (shooting, editing, or post-production) has begun, refunds will not be issued.
2. Partial Refunds
In cases where partial work has been completed but the client is unsatisfied, partial refunds may be issued at the discretion of CineElite ADS, based on the work delivered.
3. Method of Refund
Refunds, if approved, will be processed through the original payment method.
Refunds will be completed within 7–10 business days of approval.
4. Non-Refundable Items
Advance payments for projects that have already started.
Any third-party costs incurred (e.g., stock footage, music licenses) unless the project is fully cancelled before starting.
